Online Instructors

The professional educators who work with GED Online students are DESE certified Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) teachers and are affiliated with your local AEL center. Most of the teachers have a background in K-12 education, and some have been teaching GED classes for over 10 years.

The instructors keep track of your progress in class by checking your test and quiz scored and giving you assignments based on your progress. The instructors are available to help you with questions you have about the different subject areas. You can communicate with your instructor through emails, the classroom discussion board, or phone calls.
